We are working in direct partnership with Birmingham City Council to provide safe and secure temporary accommodation for families. All our units are self contained and fully managed to provide tenant support and monthly maintenace checks. Our on-site team is on hand 7 days a week to ensure a wrap around service and ease local authority housing pressure.
Umbrella Housing
We provide Umbrella Housing with tailored property management solutions designed to support their extensive housing contracts. Our service includes regular inspections, comprehensive maintenance coordination, and strategic property sourcing to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality homes. By managing key aspects of their portfolio, we help streamline operations, maintain standards, and support long-term growth for a hands off service.

AB Continental
We work in partnership with AB Continental, our dedicated maintenance provider, delivering comprehensive property upkeep across our portfolio. Their people-focused approach ensures responsive service, detailed audit reporting, and consistently maintained standards at every site. All maintenace issues are resolved within 48 hours depending on parts.
Lumiere Homes
We work closely with Lumiere Homes, a registered care provider, to acquire and develop properties tailored to their exact specifications. Each property is designed to meet the standards required for specialist care delivery, supporting the projects they provide in partnership with local authorities. From sourcing through to completion and ongoing maintenance management, we ensure every asset remains compliant, fully operational, and fit for purpose throughout its lifecycle.
